Ummmmm it was a totally normal day. I finished the Hunger Games 2 tonight!

My boyfriend and his roommate ( and I swooping in at the very last minute) finally finished this 1000 piece puzzle. Of scrambled letters and numbers. I have no idea how they did it.

It was actually more fun than going to a shutty concert outside with thousands of drunk people. I don't have pictures of that because I left early to read a

Dinner party at my friends house!!! Kale and lentils and too much wine and secrets! I almost didn't make it out of the house today.

Happy MLK Day.

Well. It was amazing. I protested. Duh? It was chaotic and crazy????

The new schools project were working on is so inspiring.

I also got really angry about charity and community service and MLK Day being neutralized as a day of service???

But I also got to hang out with a friend and tweet and Facebook and sit on a warm couch to enjoy a day off ( even though I never work Monday's anyway)?

Against better judgement, I became waste instead of going grocery shopping.

But I did got to an awesome dinner party with a lot of delicious food cooked in coconut oil ( who knew?) and also a cat and wine.

Then also against better judgement I went to a house party with a band. Ughh wow never again!!!

apvaobslsblbdlbd I rode a bike today to travel around!!!!! WTF! I thought I would never be able to accomplish that??? I was really scared but I wore a helmet and I didn't fall or crash!

We went to a really crazy swanky market where we bought disgusting pork jowl.... Then we went to the Smithsonian Postal Museum!

Then I fell asleep while everyone watched Downton Abbey. I am soooo bad at watching that show.

Canvassing Day! Even though I missed a really fun day of school canvassing in Philly, I got to go canvassing in DC trying to organize homeowners in foreclosure.

It was just like old times with my favorite union BFF. We had 15 attempts, 2 completes with no phone number acquired, a billion houses with no condo number and another billion abandoned houses.

We did eat delicious Pho for lunch with an impossibly large amount of Salvadoreans though? Suburban DC is a lot more fun and crazy than downtown.

Ugh #unionlife. Am I ready to go back? I actually think so.

Friday !

A day I boarded the bus and headed down to Washington DC! The bus ride was interminable. I got sit in the back of the bus though???

Tonight I think I was in the midst of a genuinely angry mob for the first time ever. A group of north philly ( some organiZed....the majority just showed up because PA is fucking with them) literally took over a school board meeting, then shut it down, quoted Public Enemy?? Accused everyone of blatant racism??? It was FUCKING AWESOME.

Feeling lazy and weird after nearly freezing to death in a food truck with no power all day. Then attending an organizing meeting that officially made me want a job. Because WTF I can't do it so much better??

All three boys watched Battlestar Gallactica, doing a puzzle, and playing video games. I think I was in my bed watching Revenge. I can't really make fun of anyone else and watch Revenge at the same time.

I've been having yearning of whole 2 liter bottles of diet coke to myself. And someone delivering me food. And a bottle of gin. And solitude.

It tastes like Phoenix.

I'm so hungover.
